Our coaching approach works with individuals
at two levels.
First, we are dealing with the tangible objectives agreed
for the coaching – for instance more effective communication
skills, assertiveness, improved networking, tighter performance
management, fast-track development. This involves skills development,
experimentation and feedback.
At the same time, we’re working with our clients at
a deeper level – enabling them to get in touch with
their inner drivers, beliefs, values and barriers. Only by
tackling these issues can lasting changes and long term performance
improvement be achieved.
We work with coaching clients on both a short and long term
basis. Time-conscious contracts – usually three or
four sessions – are perfect for addressing single
issues within a limited timeframe. Longer commitments are
needed
for behavioural, style and personal development issues, so
a contract spanning a two to twelve month
period is preferable.
