Second, they want practical assistance with moving on. So, they want skills coaching in where to look for opportunities, how to present themselves in the job market place, and how to secure the next role.

We work with individuals on a one to one basis, with groups in training workshops and, where there are a number of people affected by redundancy at the same time, we can set up comprehensive “Next Move Centres” on-site.
